Your CV is not bait.
HumanVerified.cv helps candidates be represented by evidence, not just formatting, keywords or whoever shouted loudest in a database.
Be represented by evidence, not just a CV.
You apply to a role-specific process. You are not added to a general recruitment database by default. You are not scored, ranked or rejected by black-box automation.
Apply to the role. Not the machine. That promise still matters, but the stronger point is that candidate-declared claims and verified evidence should be kept separate.
Your HumanVerified rights

What may be verified
Depending on the role and agreed scope, a pack may review identity status, work-history consistency, role-relevant experience, certifications, structured answers, work samples and candidate expectations.
Additional identity, credential or eligibility checks are role-specific. We explain what is needed before asking for it.
What is shared and when
Candidate data is handled for the agreed role or verification purpose. Candidates should be able to see and correct factual inaccuracies before a pack is shared with an employer, unless a legally reviewed exception applies.
Correction, withdrawal and retention workflows require owner/legal approval before live processing.
Adjustments and privacy
If you need an adjustment to take part in a process, the contact route must be confirmed before launch. Do not send identity documents or sensitive files through a general static form.
