Pay for evidence, not CV forwarding.

HumanVerified.cv helps employers see what has actually been checked before hiring-manager time is spent on interviews.

What work was actually done for the fee?

A recruitment fee can be perfectly reasonable when it buys briefing, sourcing, screening, verification, judgement and risk reduction.

It is not reasonable when it buys a forwarded CV, a shallow call and a confident email.

HumanVerified.cv makes the work visible before the interview.

What employers receive

  • A clear verification scope.
  • Candidate-declared versus verified claims.
  • Structured evidence summary.
  • Role-fit notes.
  • Caveats and unresolved points.
  • Recommended interview probes.
  • Consent-aware candidate handling.
  • Human review where judgement matters.

When this fits

  • The role is senior, technical, confidential or sensitive.
  • A failed hire would be expensive.
  • The shortlist is noisy.
  • Basic claims should be checked before interview.
  • Candidate trust and privacy matter.
  • You want evidence before committing hiring-manager time.

When this is not for you

This is probably not the right fit if you need ultra-high-volume bodies by Friday, refuse to give timely feedback, want a non-exclusive CV race, or expect a magic candidate vending machine. We do verification and evidence-led hiring, not fantasy procurement.

Sensitive and senior roles

For senior, technical, confidential and sensitive roles, a polished CV is not enough. You need evidence, context and a human-reviewed verification trail.

This is not SC, DV, DBS or statutory right-to-work certification unless a separately defined and legally reviewed process applies. It is a private, proportionate confidence process for roles where trust matters.

Pricing and buying properly

We do not price confidence as a mystery percentage of salary. Verification work should be scoped, transparent and proportionate.
