Privacy is part of the product. HumanVerified.cv should collect only what is proportionate for the agreed role or verification purpose.
What data is collected
Contact details, role-specific application material, CV or work-history evidence, structured answers, role-relevant certifications, communications and technical/security logs may be collected where proportionate.
Why it is collected
To respond to enquiries, administer role-specific applications, conduct human review, prepare evidence packs, arrange candidate/employer introductions and meet legal, security or recordkeeping duties.
Who sees it
Access should be limited to HumanVerified.cv reviewers, relevant employers after the stated process and candidate consent step, verification providers where applicable, hosting/email/security providers and authorities where required.
Candidate rights

- Ask for deletion or withdrawal where applicable.
- Ask for human review of process issues.
- Object or restrict processing where applicable.
Retention summary
Retention periods require owner and legal approval before launch. They are listed as launch blockers and should be reflected in the full privacy notice before real data collection.
AI and human review
Tools may support administration, formatting, consistency checks or workflow. They do not make final suitability decisions. HumanVerified.cv does not use black-box automation to score, rank or reject candidates.
Contact route
Data protection contact details require owner confirmation before launch. Until then, real candidate data collection is launch-blocked.
